Summer training recordings

Listed below, you'll find the 5 trainings offered over Summer '23, which combined will give you a broad overview of Gradforce and it's capabilities.

• System Orientation and Navigation - Recording - Slides

  • Targeted especially at brand new Gradforce users, this session will introduce Gradforce and walk you through the key information you can access in the system and how to navigate through Gradforce.

• Communicating in Gradforce - Recording - Slides 

  • This session will focus on sending emails and text messages, both individually and in mass, through Gradforce.

• Using Tasks and Activities - Recording - Slides 

  • This session will focus on using the task tracking features in Gradforce to keep record of conversations, track upcoming deadlines, and remember key dates and upcoming events.

• Alum Experience and Reporting - Recording - Slides

  • This session will cover Alum Experiences (our method of tracking enrollment) in detail, as well as the reporting structure in Gradforce and how to locate, modify, and utilize key reports.

• Student Semester Health - Recording - Slides

  • This session will cover Student Semester Health, our survey tool used to track alumni wellbeing through college.
