To keep track of partners, both prospective and current, start by simply creating an account for that company.
1. Prevent duplicates! Before creating a new account, check that the company does not already have an existing record in Work Studyforce by searching for it in the Global Search box. You can narrow your search to Accounts by using the drop-down arrow next to the search box.
Even if you think you're bringing on a new company, your predecessors may have already created an account for it.
2. Once you've confirmed that the account does not yet exist in Work Studyforce, click on the drop-down arrow next to the Accounts tab on the navigation bar. Select New Account.
3. Fill in as much information as possible. Don't forget to click the Save button when you are done.
4. Next, you'll want to Create a Contact.
