Resending a Time Card

Resend Time Card to Student


1. Navigate to the student's attendance record.


2. Click the Send Student Time Card button.



If the student has already submitted their time card, clicking Send Student Time Card will still send an email, but the student's time card submission form will display, "This time card has already been completed."




Resend Time Card Feedback Form (Same Supervisor)


1. Navigate to the student's attendance record.


2. Click the time card rating record you would like to resend.



3. Click the Resend Supervisor Rating Email button.



If the supervisor has already submitted their time card, clicking Resend Supervisor Rating Email will resend the feedback form, allowing the supervisor to see their previous rating and comments and resubmit with different information, if needed.



Resend Time Card Feedback Form (Different Supervisor)


If the time card rating email was originally sent to the wrong person, you can resend it to the correct supervisor. We do not recommend doing this if the time card feedback has already been submitted.


1. Navigate to the student's attendance record.


2. Click the time card rating record you would like to resend.



3. Under the Supervisor section, click the pencil next to the Supervisor lookup.



4. Click the X that appears and locate the correct contact. If the contact is not yet in Salesforce, you can select +New Contact. Be careful to avoid duplicate contacts.


5. Click Save.


6. Click the Resend Supervisor Rating Email button.



The Supervisor Email field will not update to the new supervisor's email. However, the feedback form will still be sent to the newly selected supervisor, since the rating email pulls from the selected contact record's email address.
